Our almond oil is made from raw, food grade almonds, never heated and never refined. We press it slowly by hand, bottle by bottle, to protect its clean flavor, natural softness, and naturally occurring nutrients.
Pressed in small batches in Seattle, each bottle feels closer to a kitchen table than a factory line.
Most almond oils are industrially extracted. Ours isn’t. It is raw, first cold pressed, and unfiltered. That means you receive the natural plant compounds, monounsaturated fats, and gentle character that are often lost during fast, mechanized processing.
What makes it different?
We use our Caprolon Press Barrel Method. No metal contact, no heat, no wood, no steam. The oil is pressed only once and handled gently under low temperatures, so its light texture, clarity, and natural balance remain intact. What remains is oil with quiet integrity, not refinement tricks.
This oil is never pressed in advance or stored in bulk tanks. It is made in small, intentional batches, pressed close to the moment it’s needed, so freshness, aroma, and structure are never sacrificed for scale. Each bottle reflects care, not volume.
How do people use it?
